Information collected

We collect your name, email address, WhatsApp phone number, selected ticket type, quantity, booking status, and payment references to process registration. Card and UPI payment details are handled by Razorpay rather than stored in our application.

How information is used

We use registration data to manage seat availability, verify payments, send event access information and booking confirmations, provide support, and meet applicable legal obligations. Booking confirmations may be sent through email and WhatsApp.

Service providers

We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for booking records, Razorpay for payments, Resend for email (if enabled), and Meta WhatsApp Business Platform for WhatsApp messages (if enabled). These providers process relevant data to deliver these services.

Retention and security

Access to booking data is restricted to authorized administrators. The organizer must define and publish a data retention schedule and procedures for access, correction and deletion requests, subject to legal obligations.
